Ridekick is a car research platform that aggregates expert reviews and ratings from trusted automotive sources. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
Permission is granted to use Ridekick for personal car research purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.
Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
We offer a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After this period, payments are non-refundable. Refunds for subscription renewals may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to request a refund.

The vehicle reviews, ratings, and content displayed on Ridekick are sourced from third-party automotive publications and reviewers. All third-party content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. Ridekick displays this content for informational purposes and provides attribution to original sources.
Our service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post.
By posting content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us.
In no event shall Ridekick, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service, or any vehicle purchase decisions made based on information provided through our platform.
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Third-Party Content: Ridekick aggregates reviews and ratings from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this content. Reviews reflect the opinions of their original authors and not necessarily those of Ridekick.
Vehicle Purchase Decisions: Information on Ridekick is for research purposes only and should not be the sole basis for any vehicle purchase decision. We recommend conducting your own research, including test drives and inspections, before making any purchase. Vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability may vary by location and are subject to change.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
