Overview

These Mobile Terms apply to SMS and similar messaging programs operated by PersonL, LLC d/b/a Ridekick. Ridekick may use messaging for account support, user notifications, and dealer negotiation workflows that a Ridekick user authorizes us to handle.

Program Description

Ridekick messaging may include service alerts and account-related messages to users who opt in, as well as one-to-one dealer negotiation messages tied to a specific vehicle inquiry or negotiation that a user directs Ridekick to manage on the user's behalf.

Dealer negotiation messages may cover vehicle availability, pricing, written out-the-door quotes, dealer fees, required add-ons, and related purchase logistics for the specific vehicle being discussed.

Consent and Authorization

By using Ridekick's negotiation features, users authorize Ridekick to contact dealers or sellers on their behalf by email, SMS, or phone when needed to pursue an active vehicle inquiry or negotiation.

In Ridekick's dealer negotiation workflow, dealership staff may text the Ridekick-managed reply number +1 (650) 887-5131 or explicitly ask that an existing vehicle-specific inquiry continue by text. When they do, they consent to receive one-to-one SMS messages from Ridekick about that specific inquiry or negotiation.

Frequency, Rates, and Opt-Out

  • Message frequency varies based on the account activity or negotiation status.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
